Well, he thinks so, because he has just handed down “Ten Commandments for Our Next Commander-in-Chief” of which it can be said that they are not as tedious as they might be, if only because they do not begin with “Thou shalt not”. Otherwise, they simply amount to “Be a Churchill, not an Obama”, though, again, Vic probably doesn’t mean “let India starve to death.”

Vic, even though you think you’re God, here’s something you obviously don’t know: the president of the United States is not “our” commander in chief. We’re a free people. We don’t have a commander. We don’t have to salute anyone. The president is the commander in chief of the armed forces. Clear thinking is never a bad idea.
