Kevin D. Williamson is a “roving correspondent” for the National Review. Kev doesn’t tell us where he’s roving when he delivers his latest dispatch, a frenzied take-down of Girls gal Lena Dunham, but he’s definitely pissed. In a 1,050-word screed, Kev denounces Lena and all her works, using such words as “psephological” (Greek for “pebble countin’”), not to mention the double-barreled stinger “empathogenic phenethylamines” (Greek for something else).
Kev, if it takes you 1,050 words to prove that you’re smarter than Lena Dunham, you’re dumber than Lena Dunham.*
*Also poorer, I suspect. According to one unfriendly account, Lena’s annual haul is in the neighborhood of $6 million. I myself have riffed on Lena here and here.
