It looks like Trump is in. This has to be the saddest day of my life, worse than the assassination of JFK, of Vietnam, of the assassinations of RFK and Martin Luther King, Jr. and the 1968 riots, sadder than 9/11, because we have done this to ourselves. America, I fear, has much to be ashamed of, and may have much more to be ashamed of in the years to come.
