If you’ve ever even thought of staying in a luxury hotel, you know they aren’t cheap. Well, yes they are. Bloomsberg has a bit “Chinese 5-Star Hotels Apologize After Video Reveals Hygiene Horrors” suggesting that these videos show up from time to time, because “Worker shortages and low pay make it hard for hotels to pressure employees to follow the rules, as they can just quit and find jobs elsewhere.”
Gee, if there were only a way to induce employees to work hard, to take pride in their work, and to follow their employer’s instructions conscientiously! Too bad there isn’t!
